Every Kýpelos starts with a choice of basmati rice, pasta with parmesan or quinoa. Taziki’s tops each one with grilled vegetables, crumbled feta, spicy harissa sauce, Taziki sauce and a baked pita chip, then finished with a choice of a freshly prepared protein. New this fall, shaved beef and lamb joins the lineup alongside grilled chicken, chicken kebobs, spicy harissa chicken, grilled salmon, grilled shrimp, Turkish meatballs and falafel. Guests can also build Kýpelos without a protein.
The difference starts in the kitchen. Most fast-casual dining brands rely on ingredients prepared in advance and proteins cooked hours ahead and held for service. Taziki’s refuses to work that way and takes a fresher approach.
