Circles, a global telco technology leader, announced pivotal moves to signal its next growth phase. These include the entry of its software-as-a-service (SaaS) business in North America, the spinoff of its Jetpac travel eSIM venture, and significant leadership appointments to drive global expansion.

These developments reflect Circles’ commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and exceptional customer experiences, positioning the company as a dominant player in the global telco and technology landscape.

Driving Growth Through Strategic Expansion to the Americas

Circles has steadily built a reputation as an industry innovator over the past decade, having built strong partnerships with telecommunications giants like KDDI Corporation, e&, AT&T, and Telkomsel. With operations across six continents, the company has demonstrated its ability to create digital brands that deliver extraordinary customer engagement and satisfaction.

For instance, in collaboration with KDDI Digital Life, Circles played a pivotal role in making povo2.0 Japan’s preferred digital telco, achieving a 30% surge in user engagement and an 8% increase in average revenue per user (ARPU). Similar successes with e& in the Middle East resulted in record-breaking ARPU growth and prestigious accolades at the 2024 Pakistan Digital Awards.

In 2024, Circles expanded partnerships with AT&T and Telkomsel, setting the stage for its entry into North America. Leveraging its partnership with AT&T, Circles aims to drive innovation in one of the world’s most competitive telco regions, establishing its SaaS platform as a transformative solution for digital-first telecom operations.

Jetpac: A High-Growth Travel eSIM Business Set for Independence

Jetpac, launched in 2022, was designed to revolutionize travel connectivity. In just two years, it has become a market leader in eSIM solutions, recognized with the Asian Telecom Awards’ Travel Product of the Year for 2023.

With 10x annual growth and a customer base spanning over 150 countries, Jetpac has earned a stellar reputation for reliability and innovation. Its spinoff as a standalone business positions it to capture a larger share of the multi-billion-dollar travel-tech market. Supported by Circles’ strategic partnership with KDDI Corporation, Jetpac’s independence opens doors for further collaboration and growth.
