Zero1Gaming, the esports and streaming platform currently in public beta, has announced a commercial partnership with Astralis, the Danish esports organization and four-time CS2 Major champion. The agreement covers exclusive tournament coverage, player interviews and joint content production, and represents the first major alliance the platform has entered since its launch.
The partnership went live in June, and Zero1Gaming has already been active under it. The platform sent its editorial team to the IEM Cologne 2026 Major, published an exclusive interview with new Astralis head coach Filip “NEO” Kubski, and sat down with captain Rasmus “HooXi” Nielsen for a candid conversation about leadership and the direction of the team. For a platform that launched its public beta just weeks earlier, that level of access is not something you take for granted.
Astralis is not the same organization that dominated CS2 years ago, and it is not trying to be. The team is in the middle of a deliberate rebuild, with a new roster and an identity still being defined on the server. Zero1Gaming is starting at the same moment. Two projects moving from different places in the same direction, and that is precisely what gives this partnership more weight than a logo swap.
“Astralis represents exactly the kind of organization we want to build Zero1Gaming alongside. They are a brand with real history in CS2 and a community that knows it. This partnership gives us access to that scene from day one, and we are building it at the same moment they are building something new themselves. That makes it mean more,” said Björn Norin, co-founder of Zero1Gaming.
CS2 was the most-watched esport on Twitch in 2025, with 770 million hours watched across the year. Astralis has competed in more than 175 tournaments and accumulated over $10.8 million in prize money throughout its Counter-Strike history. For Zero1Gaming, this partnership means stepping into one of the most established communities in the sport at the earliest stage of its own development.
Through this partnership, Zero1Gaming users will have access to exclusive coverage of Astralis tournaments, direct interviews with its players and joint content they will not find anywhere else, all within a platform that already brings together live streaming, leaderboards and esports news in one place.
