While traditional EOR providers focus on the administrative side of international hiring, handling only contracts and payroll, Unity Communications is introducing a model that addresses the physical realities of remote technical work. This service provides MSPs with the legal protections of an international employer of record, along with professional office support for employees based in the Philippines and Mexico.

Built for the MSP Workflow
To reduce onboarding time, Unity Communications has pre-vetted its EOR support staff on tools widely used in MSP environments, including ConnectWise, Kaseya, and NinjaOne. This eliminates the “onboarding gap” that often delays productivity in international hiring, enabling new team members to become operational in days rather than weeks.
This launch is the first in a series of planned 2026 expansions. A specialized Healthcare EOR offering, designed to support medical practices requiring HIPAA-compliant workspaces, is scheduled for later in the year.
