NanoXtreme leverages nano-technology to enhance the absorption process of their pain cream into the body. Co-founded in 2024 by Matt Grondahl, Gene Stanford and others, the company launched with the sole purpose of helping people manage pain in a meaningful and healthy way.

“This product wasn’t made with the intention of going into commerce. Our formulator created the product for his son who injured himself playing tennis, and from there started giving it out to friends,” says Matt. “The response each time was, ‘Wow, this actually works.’ We quickly recognized there is a big opportunity to help a lot of people in a meaningful way. After conducting research, it was clear the rest of the market was missing the most important aspect of a topical product, the absorption.”

Gene explains most topical creams sit on the surface of the skin, where limited absorption means limited relief. “Our approach is different: through nanonization, the formula’s ingredients are reduced to nano-sized particles, which allows us to get through the layers of the skin resulting in up to 10x better absorption than other creams.”

The formula combines the nano-delivery system with 19 natural ingredients designed to target muscle, joint, and nerve pain as well as inflammation. NanoXtreme is manufactured in FDA-registered facilities in the United States, with every batch third-party tested for consistency, potency, and safety.

“We are tracking to close out our second calendar year at over 2 million dollars, we’ve been getting a lot of positive responses from people who’ve had knee replacements, fused vertebrae in the neck; people in serious amounts of pain. It’s been a very fulfilling feeling hearing all the stories of how we have helped people,” says Matt. “We are working really hard this year to reach more people and overcome the skepticism that plagues this market due to so many ineffective products.”

NanoXtreme’s pain cream was created out of necessity for friends and family struggling with pain. The company uses nano-technology to improve the delivery and absorption of the product, with the goal of helping people live fuller lives through healthy and effective pain management.
