Bankenbush represented both the seller and buyer in the transaction, bringing the property to a successful closing following prior market exposure with other local representation.

Before Bankenbush assumed the listing, 218 E Oceanfront had previously been marketed by two other local real estate agents. Bankenbush subsequently took over the assignment and worked with the seller on the property’s positioning, marketing strategy and presentation to prospective buyers.
The strategy ultimately connected the property with an out-of-area buyer seeking a second home in Newport Beach. Bankenbush represented the buyer in addition to continuing his representation of the seller, resulting in the completed $9.25 million transaction.
