H&H Business & Family Solutions announces the launch of WellthCare, a new employee benefits platform designed to help employers strengthen workforce wellbeing by combining preventative healthcare with long-term financial wellness. Introduced on May 1, the program is available to U.S. businesses with 10 or more W-2 employees and represents the newest addition to the company’s broader mission of improving financial literacy through practical education and workplace solutions. According to the company, WellthCare is intended to help employers invest in employee wellbeing by encouraging preventative health habits while supporting retirement preparedness.

For H&H Business & Family Solutions, the launch reflects a broader vision that extends beyond employee benefits. Founded in 2023, the company focuses on helping individuals, families, and businesses improve financial well-being through education and practical financial solutions. Alongside WellthCare, its services include the financial education platform HowMoneyWorks and the legal protection services LegalShield, creating what Ray Hiller, CEO of H&H Business & Family Solutions, explains as a comprehensive approach to financial wellness.

“The company has consistently prioritized education as the foundation for informed financial decisions, with each new service intended to complement that mission,” he says.

According to Hiller, conversations with business owners played an important role in bringing WellthCare into the company’s portfolio. He explains that many employers express increasing pressure to maintain meaningful employee benefits while managing healthcare costs and supporting long-term workforce retention. He notes that those discussions also highlighted how financial well-being and personal health frequently influence one another throughout an employee’s career.

“We realized that many people spend decades building financial security only to use much of those savings on healthcare later in life,” Hiller says. “WellthCare aligned naturally with our mission because it encourages preventative health while also helping people think about their financial future. We wanted to introduce a solution that supports healthier habits and stronger long-term financial wellbeing.”

Hiller also notes that the platform seeks to encourage a proactive approach to health management. Delivered through a mobile application, WellthCare provides employees with personalized health plans, two brief biometric health scans each month, access to licensed physicians when health concerns are detected, urgent care services, mental health support, and a rewards system that recognizes preventative health activities.

According to H&H Business & Family Solutions, employees can redeem earned rewards for eligible healthcare products while simultaneously contributing toward retirement savings through the program. The company believes these features help reinforce healthy routines by making preventative care part of everyday life rather than an occasional activity.

Angela Hiller, Chief Financial Officer of H&H Business & Family Solutions, explains that the company’s decision to introduce WellthCare also reflects growing concerns about long-term financial preparedness. She notes that many employees continue to balance day-to-day financial responsibilities while facing uncertainty about retirement savings, making financial education an important part of workplace wellbeing. From her perspective, integrating preventative healthcare with financial wellness creates an opportunity to encourage healthier habits while helping employees prepare for the future.

“Many people assume health and finances are separate conversations, but they influence one another every day,” Angela says. “When employees are encouraged to take preventative steps for their health while also building toward retirement, they develop habits that can benefit them well beyond the workplace. We wanted WellthCare to become part of that long-term journey.”

According to Hiller, WellthCare also complements H&H Business & Family Solutions’ broader educational mission rather than standing alone as a single product. The company continues to offer its HowMoneyWorks program, which provides financial education workshops covering subjects including compound interest, the Rule of 72, emergency savings, debt management, cash flow, wealth building, estate planning, and protecting generational wealth. Hiller explains that the workshops are designed to help people better understand financial concepts before making important decisions, reinforcing the company’s long-standing focus on education.

The company’s third service pillar, LegalShield, further expands that approach by providing prepaid legal services for individuals, families, and businesses. According to Hiller, offering legal protection alongside financial education and employee wellbeing allows H&H Business & Family Solutions to support clients across several areas that influence long-term financial security.

Together, WellthCare, HowMoneyWorks, and LegalShield represent what the company explains as an integrated approach to helping employers strengthen workplace wellbeing while giving employees greater access to educational resources and practical support.
