Impressive Event Solutions, or IMP, is announcing the launch of its new event intelligence software, bringing founder Steven Schauf’s more than 18 years of live-event experience into a technology platform designed to help event creators make more informed planning and business decisions.
The launch represents a significant step in Schauf’s vision for Impressive Event Solutions, which was shaped through a few years of development following his career across multiple sides of the entertainment business. His professional background includes work as a live event promoter, venue owner, and business consultant for professional athletes, experiences that exposed him to the practical challenges involved in producing, marketing, and growing live events.
Schauf holds a bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Business and a master’s degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. His academic training, combined with years spent working directly within the entertainment sector, shaped the thinking behind the new platform.
“Live events generate an enormous amount of information, but having information and knowing how to use it are two different things,” said Schauf. “I wanted to build a system that could help event creators turn market intelligence into decisions they can actually use. The goal is to give them greater clarity as they plan, execute, and evaluate their events.”

Schauf highlights that Impressive Event Solutions spent several years creating and refining tools focused on market research, audience understanding, and event decision-making. According to him, the decision to officially launch the software followed successful development with a range of event promoters, from local clubs and smaller events to larger organizations, including Players’ Tribune for its NFL Draft Invitational event.
The development process provided an opportunity to evaluate the technology in different live-event environments and gather practical feedback from users operating at varying scales. Those experiences helped inform the platform’s development and gave the company greater confidence in bringing the software to the broader market.
The platform, Schauf notes, is designed around the realities of the live-event business, where decisions about audiences, pricing, promotion, revenue, and programming can have a direct effect on an event’s performance. By bringing intelligence and analytics into the planning process, the software aims to help creators better understand their markets and make decisions based on measurable information.
The company’s existing platform also incorporates functions connected to the event experience, including event discovery, ticket purchasing, VIP reservations, digital tickets and promoter engagement. For event creators, the technology is designed to provide visibility into sales and audience activity while supporting more informed approaches to marketing and sponsorship development.
Schauf sees the software as an extension of his own experience in the entertainment business. Years spent working close to venues, promoters and audiences gave him a firsthand understanding of how quickly conditions can change around a live event and how important reliable market knowledge can become.
“Every event has its own audience, its own market and its own set of variables,” Schauf said. “Our software is designed to help creators understand those variables earlier and make smarter choices throughout the process. That can ultimately lead to a more customer-preferred event experience.”
The company is also developing intellectual property around its approach to event data analysis. Impressive Event Solutions is in the process of obtaining a Utility patent for its gamified approach to the data analysis process, adding a proprietary dimension to the technology behind the platform.
The launch also advances Impressive Event Solutions’ broader mission of helping event creators use data for insightful planning and segmentation. The company has emphasized continuous innovation as a core part of its culture, with the objective of expanding the market knowledge available to people responsible for creating live experiences.
The timing of the launch comes as technology continues to reshape how audiences discover events and how organizers evaluate performance. Schauf believes event intelligence can give creators a stronger framework for understanding those changes while maintaining focus on the people at the center of every event: the audience.
Following the software launch, Impressive Event Solutions plans to continue developing its technology, including the implementation of AI while expanding its reach within the live-event ecosystem. The company is also preparing for its first funding round as it looks toward scaling the platform and advancing its event intelligence capabilities. Impressive Event Solutions now enters its next phase with a technology platform built around the lessons Schauf has gained from nearly two decades in the business.
