ROODDOG founder, Matt Rood, is pleased to announce the launch of ROODCLEAN, a new independent Brighton & Hove cleaning company. The new brand will provide cleaning services to homes, workplaces, rental properties and short-stay accommodation across Brighton, Hove, Portslade and nearby areas.
Matt’s expansion into ROODCLEAN builds on his success with ROODDOG, a professional dog-walking company operating in the same area. Over more than ten years of building this company, he developed an approach based on reliability, clear communication, professionalism and personal customer care. He is now applying these principles to cleaning, a completely separate brand with a new suite of services.

ROODCLEAN will offer various cleaning services in Brighton & Hove. These include weekly and fortnightly domestic cleaning, one-off and deep cleans, office and commercial cleaning in Brighton, end-of-tenancy cleaning, and Airbnb changeover cleaning. Airbnb changeovers may include restocking checks, property presentation, post-clean photos, and reports of damage or maintenance issues.
ROODCLEAN is locally managed by Matt. The local business is fully insured and uses DBS-checked domestic cleaners in Brighton. New customers receive a no-obligation meet-and-greet with Matt, and cleaning plans are tailored to each property. Commercial clients can receive a cleaning specification covering tasks and frequency.
