Twitter is one of the most used social networking sites around the globe. Whether it is for commercial purposes, entertainment purposes, political purposes, or just for the sake of striking up a conversation, millions of users seek this platform. Twitter, as a result, has also made use of this popularity effectively for they have not only been available as an active advertising and marketing platform but they have also been  a major source for creating an online presence for celebrities, business owners, social media influencers, and the like.

Twitter has introduced a new feature lately that is termed “Super Follows”. It allows Twitter users to charge money for their premium posts which are exclusive to a selected few. The content of such exclusive material may include newsletters, videos, and other content that need subscription. This exclusive content can also be made available with exciting deals and discounts. Hence, Twitter users can subscribe on a monthly basis to get access to this exclusive Twitter content.

This news, in many ways, is great news for Twitter users who have been demanding for such a feature for a long time now. This demand is mainly done by those who are active creators and influencers in the platform and use donation sources like Patreon, OnlyFans, and the like to earn money using their inline popularity as an advantage.

It is easy to see as to why users would demand such a feature. Given the popularity of Twitter, users can earn a great profit through the introduction of such a feature that allows one to charge their followers for the content they share exclusively. This can be a great way to earn extra income or passive revenue as well. However, the social media platform is yet to announce the percentage of share that will be divided among itself and the users. They further stated, “Exploring audience funding opportunities like Super Follows will allow creators and publishers to be directly supported by their audience and will incentivize them to continue creating content that their audience loves.”

While the Super Follows feature has not yet been launched by Twitter, users are curious to learn more about it and Twitter is ensuring to keep this hunger of knowledge in the users fed with constant updates about the upcoming feature. Along with this feature, Twitter has also shown a desire to launch more exciting features that will benefit the users of the platform to a great extent. One such feature is Revue which will allow users to share their newsletters and other written materials and content for free to their followers. If you are someone whose sense of sound is stronger than sight, then you will be excited to learn that a new feature called Twitter Spaces will also soon be in the works. This is a Twitter space that will allow users to engage in audio conversations.

With these many exciting and useful features, Twitter is sure to sky rocket its success to the peak.
